People: Mballa Roger’s quits the scene
Ace Cameroonian Bikutsi artist Mballa Roger’s is dead.
The seventy two year-old died this 19th October 2017 in his native land Mbalmayo in the Centre Region after suffering from a heart condition.
Mballa Roger’s will be remembered for his breath-taking tracks like “Ma Jin Wa” and “Ntobo”, amongst others.
He had successfully released two albums and was one time member of the legendary bikutsi group of the 1980’s, “Les Têtes Brûlées”.
The artist who began his career at an early age is said to have chosen music over a banking career.
Mballa Roger’s received great support from great names in Bikutsi like late Cameroonian guitarist, Messi Martin.
