Joshua Nambagui Osih, député du Social Democratic Front ( Sdf) à l’Assemblée nationale et candidat à l’élection présidentielle 2018 est né le 9 décembre 1968 à Kumba dans le Sud-Ouest du Cameroun. EtudesPassionné d’aviation, il a orienté ses études dans cette discipline et à l’âge de 20 ans, il s’est formé pour une carrière de manager dans une compagnie aérienne de renommée internationale. Il a suivi par la suite, plusieurs années de formation professionnelle à l’étranger et d’affectation à Douala. Entrepreuneur et expert en aviationAu terme de plusieurs années d'une carrière réussie dans diverses compagnies aériennes. Depuis son retour au pays, il a créé plusieurs sociétés dans les domaines des services d’aviation et de l’écotourisme.Joshua a été investi comme le candidat du SDF à l'élection présidentielle au Cameroun le 24 février 2018. Il reçoit le soutien de Ni John Fru Ndi.Le 22 Août 2018, il annonce un programme de 24 mesures en vue de l'élection présidentielle.

Dr Adamou Ndam Njoya a été président de la Conférence Mondiale des Religions pour la Paix 1984 et Président Modérateur (1994-1999).Ministère des Affaires Etrangères comme Secrétaire des Affaires étrangères rattaché à la Direction des Affaires Générales 1969-1970.Université du Cameroun : Assistant puis Chargé des Cours à la Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Economiques. Directeur du Programme de Formation Consulaire et de Chancellerie Cameroun – Dotation Carnegie pour la Paix Internationale. Programme mis en place pour les Africains Francophones 1970-1972. Membre du Conseil Economique et Social du Cameroun 1974. Création et Direction de l’Institut des relations Internationales du Cameroun (IRIC) 1972-1975.Actuellement, Dr. Adamou Ndam Njoya est président du Bureau Exécutif de l’Association Camerounaise de Dialogue Inter Religieux (ACADIR) ; Président Fondateur : de l’Ecole Africaine d’Ethique (EAE) / de l’Institut Islamique et des Etudes Religieuses (IRSI) / de l’Association d’Ethique Islamique de Solidarité entre les Croyants et dans la Société par les Œuvres et la Recherche de la Connaissance (AEISOC).Sur le plan politique, Dr Adamou Ndam Njoya est Maire de Foumban depuis 1996. Auparavant, il a été Député Assemblée Nationale 1997-2007.

2018 Presidential Election : The Man, Garga Haman AdjiGarga Haman Adji was born on 27th January 1944 in the Diamare Division in Maroua,Far North region of Cameroon.The astute politician served as Minister of the Civil Service from 1990 to 1992 and is currently the President of the Alliance for Democracy and Development (ADD). He is also a municipal councillor of the Maroua I council.Early life and educationGarga Haman Adji obtained his Certificat d’etudes primaires et elementaires (CEPE) in Maroua and later Lycee Moderne of Garoua.In the 1960s,Garga obtained a degree in Law and Economic Sciences at the Federal University of Yaounde in the 1960s.The politicain also studied at Cameroon's National School of Administration and Magistracy ,ENAM where he was trained as a Civil Administrator.The staunch muslim obtained a Higher Diploma in Political Sciences from the Poitiers International Institute of Administration in Paris-France.He became an auxiliary Administrative Assistant in Yagoua Prefecture on 26 November 1961 and then head of the Secretariat of the sub-prefect of Kar-Haye in July 1962.Professional career and government serviceAt the debut of his career, Garga held high-level administrative posts in Cameroon;Sub-Director of National SecurityDeputy Director of the Ministry of FinanceSecretary-General of the Ministry of the Civil ServiceFinance Director of the National Electricity Company of Cameroon.State Inspector and Deputy Director of Inspection and Administrative Reform.In April 1984, Garga was arrested and held at the Kondengui Central Prison following a failed coup attempt.He was released and appointed as Director-General of Boston Bank Cameroon on 24 October 1984.In 1990, President Paul Biya appointed Garga to the government as Minister of the Civil Service and the Supreme State Audit.Reflecting later on his appointment, Garga noted that he will use his office to fight corruption.In that same year, multipartism was introduced which motivated Garga to create a political party, the Alliance for Democracy and Progress which was legally recognized only on 4th June 1991.As head of the Supreme State Audit, Garga Haman Adji unvieled a total of FCFA 357 million as stolen funds by some 42 state personalities.On 9th April 1992, Garga's ministerial portfolio was modified and he became Minister of the Civil Service and Administrative Reform.According to Garga Haman Adji, it was a move to stop his fight against Corruption.On 27th August 1992 the muslim resigned from government.Although he campaigned in support of Fru Ndi's candidacy in the October 1992 presidential election, Biya said that Garga resigned because he was unwilling to do what the politician wanted.Political Career On December 1992,the Alliance for Democracy and Progress was transformed to Alliance for Democracy and Development,ADD.During the 1997 presidential election, Garga being the representative of a political party, was included in the 22-member National Vote Counting Commission.On June 2002 during the parliamentary election, Garga and four other notable northern politicians released a statement in July, in which they alleged electoral fraud and announced the formation of a "resistance front".They warned that the governing Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (CPDM) was moving the country back to single-party rule.In the October 2004 election, Garga stood as the ADD candidate after refusing to join a coalition.Along with other opposition leaders, Garga called for the computerization of the electoral process, saying that it was necessary to "preserve the social peace and guarantee a transparent election".A few days after the election in which Garga emerged fourth, a statement was released where Garga condemned the election as fraudulent, pointing to a wide range of flaws and asserting the need for an independent electoral commission.In other post-election observations, he disapprovingly noted that people turned to the polls to vote on tribal backgrounds thereby promoting tribalism. Anti-Corruption Commission and 2007 electionIn 2006 the National Anti-corruption Commission was created.The astute politician, Garga Haman Adji said he deserved the credits for recommending the creation of the anti-corruption body.However, he insisted that many ministers and heads of state corporations were corrupt.Aside from his role as President of the ADD, Garga also headed the "Good Conscience" a non-governmental organization as from 2006.On 15 March 2007, President Biya appointed Garga for a three-year term as member of the Co-ordination Committee of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.After the July 2007 Municipal election, Garga was one of three ADD candidates elected to the 35-member Municipal Council of Maroua 1.He is participating in the Presidential Election for the third time.Personal lifeGarga Haman Adji as a Muslim, has several wives.
