This is to lead our economy to its independence based on strategic pacification.”

Some of those who read through the earlier version hold that the philosophy of the author is contextual today. “I perused the earlier version when I was just a student in the University of Yaoundé. It inspired me in many dimensions. … The vision of a great statesman has lingered on and it has stood the test of time.” The Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice in charge of Penitentiary Administration, Doh Jerome Penbaga told CRTV.

Some civil administrators perceive the book as an ideal governance code. The Minister of Public Health reacting to the sections regarding his domain said, “The book continues to be well-timed, because the Head of State prescribes solidarity and social justice in the health sector.”
