The revised edition of Communal Liberalism authored by President Paul Biya once again details the President’s approach to a liberal society where citizens of integrity work for a democratic and prosperous Nation.
The author, described by political pundits as a visionary statesman remains constant in his ideals of the nation.
The political class holds that President Paul Biya’s philosophy reflected in the revised edition remains unchanged.
Louis Paul Motaze Minister of Finance, during the launch affirms that the author has a clear-cut appraoch on the socio-political developement of Cameroon.
The Secretary of State in the Ministry of Mines, Industries and Technological Development, Fuh Calistus Gentry on this part, describes the book as a great work of arts.
“His (the author) ideology over the years becomes more topical in present day Cameroon ”.
The book is source of inspiration to economic experts.
According to the Minister of Finance, Alamine Ousman Mey “Chapter Three transmits a new impetus in economic development. Nine Principles have been presented to lead our economy to independence based on strategic pacification.”
Some of those who read through the earlier version hold that the philosophy of the author is contextual today.
“I perused as a student in the University of Yaounde when the first version was published, Paul Biya’s image of a great statesman has stood the test of time.” The Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice in charge of Penitentiary Administration, Doh Jerome Penbaga told CRTV.
In reading through the revised version of “Communal Liberalism” the Minister of Public Health picks out the social responsibilty of Cameroonians, he declares, “Head of State prescribes Solidarity and social justice in the health sector.”
Other issues of national interest have feature in this new edition authored by Cameroon’s chief Executive, Paul Biya.
