2018 U-17 Women’s World Cup: Baby Lionesses called to Camp
The Under-17 Lionesses of Cameroon have been called to camp at the CAF Excellence Centre at Mbankomo.
The baby Lionesses went this Monday 15th October 2018 ahead of the 2018 U-17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay.
Twenty-five Lionesses have been convened for training by the Cadet Lionesses Coach, Staphane Ndzana
The team will have four training sessions in Cameroon before taking off for Uruguay, South America.
The Cadet Lionesses will face off the United States of America, defending Champions North Korea and Germany in Group C.
The 6th edition of the competition comes up from 13th November to 1st December 2018.
It is a biennial international women’s youth football championship contested by under-17 national teams of member associations of FIFA, since its inception in 2008.
The Women’s World Cup has
sixteen teams grouped in four poles of four teams to compete for the trophy in Uruguay
