The presidential candidate for the Univers party Cabral Libii took his campaign caravan to Mbouda and Galim in the West region this Monday 1st October 2018.
Crowds gathered as they got news of the young politician’s entry in town.
He was welcomed by musical tunes of the West region as he danced with the enthusiastic population before taking the stage to address the people.
Cabral Libii told the population he was concerned about the poor living conditions of the people in Galim.
Despite the number of high positioned government officials from the locality the population lives in near misery.
He said if voted-in, he will have a government where Galim will measure up with other big towns in the country.
The political candidate discussed the crisis in the North West and South West regions which has induced an influx of internally displaced persons into Galim.
He stated that the solution to the ongoing crisis will come only with a change of President.
Cabral Libii took a similar message to Mbouda where his audience were predominantly commercial bike riders.
Some of them recounted personal stories of how they became commercial bike riders despite their academic credential.
Cabral Libii called on them to make the right choice and vote for the change they want to experience from 7th October 2018.
The campaign caravan of Mr Libii toured other areas in the West region calling on the population to cast their votes in his favour on 7th October 2018.
