The forty-five minute session banked on teamcohesion, ball possession, shots, scoring tactics.
Clarence Seedorf also coached the boys through best goalkeeping methods and the striker/midfielder relationship.
After the training, Albion and Brighton international player, Gaetang Bong took questions from the press. He assured Cameroonians that the team is ready to give the best on Saturday 23 in the match with the Comoros Island.
He said the absence of key players like Nicolas Nkoulou and Benjamin Moukandjo gives reason to double efforts and train harder.
Veteran Goal Keepper, Idriss Carlos Kameni who, according to the coach, has a leadership role in the team, told the press the players are upbeat about the match .
The decisive match pitting Cameroon and the Comoros Islands comes up on Saturday 23rd March 2019 at the Yaounde Ahmadou Ahidjo.
The result will decide the fate of the Indomitable Lions at the 2019 AFCON in Egypt.
Cameroon needs atleast a draw to secure a position in the continental football bonanza in Egypt.

Amongst the 23 players called up features attacker, Jean Pierre Nsame who has been absent from the team since the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers match with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Jean Pierre Nsame from Young Boys Bern is one of the best strikers in the Swiss top flight club. He scored twice on in his last outing with his club before travelling to Cameroon
