The chairman’s conference of the National Assembly has deemed admissible three bills tabled by government.
The three bills were subsequently presented in plenary by the Speaker of the House, Hon Cavaye Yeguie Djibril.
Bills deposited at National Assembly
The bills that have been dispatched to the respective committees for scrutiny include;
1- law on the ratification of ordinance of 29th May 2019 modifying and completing certain dispositions of the finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for 2019.
2- Draft bill authorizing the President of the Republic to ratify amendments on the Montreal protocol on substances that deplete the ozone layer.
3- Draft law authorizing the President of the Republic to ratify the accord on the creation of the African Continental Free Trade Area.
The bills will first be scrutinized within committees before the entire house cross examines and adopts them.
The bills come in just three days after the start of the June session.
