Archbishop Andrew Nkea takes canonical possession of Bamenda Archdiocese
His Grace Andrew Fuanya Nkea has taken over Cannonical possession of the Bamenda esclassiatical province as the new Archbishop of the Bamenda metropolitan Archdiocese.

This was during a high masss officiated by the Apostolic Nuncio to Cameroon.
Ceremony attended by a cross section of state dignitaries marks the formal retirement of his predecessor, Archbishop Emeritus Cornelius Fontem Esua.
The climax of the ceremony was the handing over of the Archbishop’s staff that the outgoing gave to the incoming Archbishop, symbolising a transfer of authority.
The former Bishop of Mamfe was appointed Archbishop of Bamenda by Pope Francis on December 30, 2019.
