Cameroon's leader wishes that the excellent bilateral relations existing between Spain and Cameroon could be further consolidated.

The second message is destined to the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, on the occasion of the commemoration of the country’s National Day on Monday, 12th October 2009. Paul Biya, in the message, describes relations between Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea as excellent.

He expresses the hope that the two countries can make meaningful contribution towards the acceleration of sub regional integration.
