13h00 – 14h00 : - The population and dance groups assemble at the Yaounde Nsimalen International Air port

14h30 – 15h15 : - Invited personalities arrive the Nsimalen International Airport

15h45 : - President Paul Biya arrives the Nsimalen International Airport

16h00 : - The Plane carrying the President of Chad touches down at the airport

• President Paul Biya welcomes his quest
• Military honours
• Presentation of the constituted corps
• Brief stop at the Presidential lounge

16h30 : - The convoy of the two presidents leave the Presidential lounge for the Hilton Hotel

16h50 : - Arrival at the Hilton Hotel

• The President of Republic of Chad settles down
• President Paul Biya leaves the Hilton Hotel for State House

17h15: - The President of the Republic of Chad leaves the Hilton Hotel for State House to be welcomed by President Paul Biya

17h25: - Arrival at State House

17h30: - tête-à-tête between the two Presidents

18h30: - End of discussions

• The President of the Republic of Chad leaves the State House for the Hilton Hotel

19h45 : - The President of the Republic of Chad leaves the Hilton Hotel for the State House

19h55 : - Arrival at the State House to be welcome by the President Paul Biya
