1. Janet Garvey visits Jakiri

The American Ambassador to Cameroon has lauded the peaceful co-existence of the indigenes and the Fulani people of the Ngongbaa-Vekovi community in Jakiri sub division.

Her Excellency Janet Garvey was in Vekovi on the invitation of the Jakiri council.

During her stay in the sub division, the Ambassador evaluated some socio-economic development projects funded by the United States in the area.


2. Double nationality of Cameroonians: what advantage?

An adviser to the French Minister of Immigration, Cameroonians born, Gaston Kelman, is in Cameroon. He granted a press conference this Monday, 23rd November 2009 in Yaounde.

The conference was organised under the theme: “The double nationality of Cameroonians: what advantage? Kelman, during the exercise, highlighted the advantages of having a double nationality. He said any one with double nationality serves as a link between their former identity and the acquired identity.
