African Cup of Nations: Cameroon to play in Group D

The draws for the 27th edition of the African Cup of Nations tournament to take place in Angola 2010 has been made.

The draws took place Friday 20th November in Luanda, the political capital of Angola.

Cameroon has been drawn in group D alongside arch-rivals Gabon, Zambia and Tunisia.

The Indomitable Lion are expected to play their first match against the panthers of Gabon.

According to the schedule, the 27th edition of the African Cup of Nations will kick-off in Luanda, on the 10th January  2010 with host country Angola facing Mali in the tournament’s, opening match.

The national football teams of Cameroon, Gabon, Tunisia and Zambia drawn in Group ‘D’ shall play their matches in Loubango.
