30/11/2009 Cameroonian born Charles Nanga has been elected President of the Africa alumni of the National School of Administration, ENA in Paris.
Mr Nanga was installed at the biannual General Assembly of the Association which took place in Kribi over the week end.
The new President, in his acceptance address, urged members to put hands on deck to strengthen the alumni in order that it attains the objectives for which it was created.
The election was preceded by an international colloquium on human resource management organised by the Cameroon branch of the association of former African students of the National School of Administration in Paris, France. The colloquin was organised to identify impediments to development on the continent. At the end of deliberations, participants indicated that, in order to foster development in Africa, it is imperative to improve of human resource management.
