2018 World Cup Qualifiers: Lions braces up for a showdown
07/11/2017The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon have intensified training ahead of their day-6 2018 World Cup qualifier game pitting the Chipolopolos of Zambia.

The team has intensified their training since 3rd November 2017 when they were called to camp.
Early Tuesday 7th November 2017 the team had another training that delved on physical fitness and tactical moves.
The match that comes up on Saturday 11th November 2017 in Zambia has no stakes for the two teams, but Cameroon trains twice daily if only to maintain a good position on FIFA classification table.
The technical crew of the team has scheduled another exercise for the Lions later 5 p.m this Tuesday November 11 at the Yaounde Military Stadium.
The Belgian born coach, Hugo Broos has summoned four local players to camp ahead of the clash.
They are; Abouem Maya of UMS of Loum,his teammate,Clearance Bitang,Tientcheu Alphonse of Eding and the fourth Messi Mbouli of Apejes of Mfou.
The newcomers replace Ernest Mabouka, Jean Patrick Nsame and Chinese based Christian Bassagog, all three dealing injuries.
The Indomitable Lions at present counts five home based players.
