Weekend Cultural Agenda: Photography and Music in the spotlight

  • The weekend will be an exciting one for lovers of music and photography in Cameroon.

In Yaoundé, the French Institute this Friday 12th January 2018, welcomes some renowned Cameroonian artists for a recitation of over 37 poems.The event begins at 4pm, and will run throughout the weekend. Organizers say entry is free for participants.

Meanwhile, traditional beads are on exhibition at the French institute in Douala.

The Cameroonian artist Jay Lou is back with a new album titled ” Cameroon Evalasting”.The album will be officially presented this Friday 12th January 2018 at the Boukarou Lounge Cabaret opposite Djeuga Palace hotel in Yaoundé .

Still in Yaoundé, Petit Pays and his band, “Les Sans visa” will thrill music lovers at the Sanza night club this Sunday.

Mairie Noelle Graobe, Cameroonian top model and best mannequin met with the minister of culture Narcisse Mouelle Kombi on Thursday 11th January 2018 in Yaoundé. She presented trophies won during her numerous international tours.
