Three batches of Court Registry Administrators and Court Registrars who graduated from the National School of Administration and Magistracy, ENAM have sworn to serve with honour, honesty and probity.
They took the engagement to observe in all circumstances the assignment with the dignity which they impose. This was during a solemn Court session at the Centre Regional Court of Appeal in Yaoundé. The session took place in the presence of senior members of the judiciary, administrative authorities and relatives. Each took the oath, one after the other in alphabetical order
Prior to the oath taking, the court Clark read out the decree attributing their functions as well as the admitting them into the corp. The oath was taken in front of a college of Judges. The presiding judge welcome the public invited to the appeal Court of Yaoundé.
The procurer General advice the new Court Registry Administrators and Court Registrars to always bear in mind the oaths they have taken when discharging duty.
The Presiding Judge reminded them of their christen names upon graduation, Emergence and Change for the 2011-2013, Excellence 2012 – 2014 and 2013-2015 named emergence to work for the emergence of Cameroon.
They were reminded to be punctual, assiduous and be exemplary. They were reminded to respect users and be polite while giving them good information. They must respect deadlines and respect hierarchy and work in harmony with other legal partners.
