In an area like consumer protection, we need the services of an expert, that, is, someone with knowledge and experience in the field. This can be gotten through training or abroad. Yes there is a good law in place but what has the government done to ensure compliance? Compliance remains the most important thing and i urge the government to ensure it by putting in haven monitoring organs
