Floating Hospital
The Africa Mercy (ship) from the NGO Mercy Ships is currently the world’s largest non-governmental floating hospital.
It is the newest ship to enter service with Mercy Ships, which has been outfitting and operating hospital ships that serve developing nations since 1978.
The Africa Mercy came into being in 2000 and has since then served a lot of countries.
