2018 Handball Competition: Dynamique of Bokito Ladies and Fap Men Handball Club crowned champions.
The Dynamique Ladies of Bokito and the Fap Handball Men club of Yaounde are both winners of the 2018 Handball Cup of Cameroon in the women and men categories
Dynamique of Bokito, 2017 runners up trashed the defending Champions, Tonerre Kalara Club by 25-22 goals to lift the trophy.
The final was played this Sunday at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex.
The game between the two teams appeared to be a replay of the 2017 Cup final.
This time however, the ladies of Dynamique demonstrated more professionalism and resilience and get the victory.
The ladies dominated the Tonerre ladies from the start to the end of the game.
Mosie Jacqueline of Dynamique club, best player of the tournament attributed the victory to team spirit and hardwork.
In the men’s category, Fap of Yaounde retained the tittle after overpowering city rivals, AS Muni by 19 goals to 14.
The Yaounde derby was very interesting as the two finalists put up the best play styles expecting to lift the prestigious trophy.
Fap player, Issac Junior Fonchuo designated the most valuable player of the 2018 edition says discipline was the most valuable factor that account for the success of the team.
The games of 9th September 2018 ended the long handball season in Cameroon
