2019 AFCON Qualifiers: Standings, fixtures and results; 9 and 10 September 2018
The qualifier matches ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations have entered the second phase of the games.
The matches counting for day- 2 action of the competition resumed this weekend 9 and 10,2018 with a full display.
The 2019 AFCON qualifiers take centre stage after an international break. Between Saturday 9 and Sunday 10th , nations battled it out for a spot in the prestigious tournament which will be held in Cameroon.
While South Africans’ Bafana Bafana locked horns with Libya another point of interest was Nigeria’s clash with Seychelles in Group.
The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon,host of the 2018 football fiesta,held hands with the Comoros Island in a match that had stakes just for the Comoros Island

With the exception of Group B, which features the 2019 AFCON hosts, the top two teams in each team will secure a spot.
The new format set to debut at the 2019 AFCON will see an increase in teams participating with 24 nations, as opposed to the previous 16, set to get involved in Cameroon.
Alongside hosts,the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, 12 group winners and 11 best runners-up will qualify for the continental showpiece.
