Cameroon – Congo Interstates University Goes Operational In Sangmelima

The Sangmelima campus of the Cameroon-Congo Interstate university has this Monday January 13, 2020, opened its doors to some 250 Cameroonian students, constituting its pioneer batch.

In a special ceremony at the institution’s main amphi theatre the students were briefed on the modus operandi of the university with the Coordinator, Prof. Marcel Fouda Ndjodo, underlining that the five year digital engineering course is aimed at enabling the students be creative self sufficient.

The university will train in digital engineering with emphasis on digital creation, digital systems engineering and socio technical digital engineering.

University officials have announced that close to 200 Congolese students are expected in Sangmelima in the next few weeks.



It should be recalled that the Cameroon-Congo interstate university was created in 2012 with the aim of strengthening relations between both countries.
