The transfer window that opened earlier this January 2020 has witnessed some Cameroonian international players move from one club to the other or maintain their long term contracts.

Karl Toko Ekambi To Move From Villareal To Lyon

Indomitable Lions forward, Karl Brilliant Toko-Ekambi has been tipped of a possible transfer from Villareal in Spain to Olympique Lyonnais in France.

Reports from French daily L’Equipe, states the French Ligue 1 outfit has made public their intentions to have the brilliant Cameroonian striker.

The 27-year-old Cameroon player has been a potential fit for the Lyon since his departure from Angers.

During his stay in Angers, the 27 year Toko Ekambi netted 16 times in the 2017-2018 football season.

Accordingly, Villarreal is willing to let hold of Toko-Ekambi if Lyon can make an offer superior to the €20 million they paid.

In Villareal, Karl Toko Ekambi counts six goals in 18 outings.
