A capacity building workshop for inspectors general of ministries and Governors offices has been organized in Yaounde. The administrative scribes were given tools on verification techniques, how to write reports and carry out operations. The training seeks to enhance good governance and avoid mismanagement of public funds.
Role of Inspectors General

They ensure governance and effective functioning of services.
The 5-day workshop on verification techniques, methodology and management procedures was organised by the Supreme State Audit Office.
While launching the capacity building workshop, the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of the Supreme State Audit Office, Rose Mbah Acha Fomundam called on attendees to put into practice what they will learn to enhance professional output.
Taking part at the launching ceremony was the Minister of Finance Louis Paul Motaze and the Minister of Public Contracts, Ibrahim Talba Malla who came to ensure that their collaborators effectively take part at the training workshop.
