National Day 2021: Distinguished Workers Decorated with Medals of Recognition

Some outstanding Cameroonians, who have distinguished themselves at their place of work have been awarded medals of recognition for their performances.

The recognitions ranged from medals ranking the recipients Grand Officer of the National Order of Valour and Commander of the National Order of Valour amongst many.

Twelve outstanding patriots were elevated to the rank of the Grand Officer of the National Order of Valour; – AKWA PATRICK KUM BONG – BOOTO A NGON BONIFACE CHARLES GUY RENE – ENOW ABRAMS EGBE – ESSOMBA ETOUNDI ANTOINE LUCIEN – GOUNASOKO JE HAOUNANAYE MARIE – MBEMI NYAKNGA – MVOGO FAUSTIN – NDONGO CHARLES PYTHAGORE – NDOUGA HELL – NGONO ANTOINE MARIE ZACHARIE – SIMOU KAMSU PATRICKJ.

Amongst the twelve, is Charles Ndongo, Director General of the CRTV

Reactions of Recipients

All those who were decorated this Friday May 21, 2021 were proud to have been recognized by the Head of State, President Paul Biya.

The Director General of SONATREL,  Victor Mbemi Nyaknga, who was awarded said the medal stands as an incentive for him to work very hard for his compatriots.

He took the commitment to work even harder in his field in order to satisfy common interests so that people can live a better life.

Prof. Jean Marie Kasia, Director General of CHRACERH, also decorated to the rank of Grand Officer of the National Order of Valour thanked President Paul Biya for acknowledging his work.

I’m very proud of what I have received from the Head of States,” he said. “To have have been elevated to the rank of great officer reminds me that, I have to continue working for the emergence of Cameroon. I equally will like to thank the First Lady, Mme. Chantal Biya for giving me the necessary support to work in bringing joy to families by bringing forth life,” Prof. Kasia ended.

The governor of the Centre Region, Naseri Paul Bea who decorated the recipients called on them not to lose the Head of State’s trust by falling back on the good work they have upheld over the years.

20th May 2021 states recognition

He encouraged them to be even more assiduous in their tasks and build an enabling workplace environment for better output.

Naseri Paul Bea equally called on other Cameroonians to be hardworking and emulate this day’s recipients in order to someday get the recognition of the Head of State, Paul Biya.
