“Certificate Exams” Government Evaluates Level of Preparation
The Minister of Secondary Education says everything is in place for a smooth organisation of official examinations for the 2022 session.
Prof. Nalova Lyonga was speaking in Yaounde after an inter ministerial meeting to evaluate the level of preparation for the different official examinations organized by The GCE and Baccalauréat Boards.
The meeting chaired by Prime Minister – Head of Government Joseph Dion Ngute equally assessed the level of coverage of school syllabuses for the 2021/2022 school year.
At the start of the interministériel meeting, Prime Minister – Head of the Government, Joseph Dion Ngute noted that the session was organiséd on the instructions of the President of the Republic.
He said it comes after the strike action recorded during the second term and the series of measures ordered by Head of State to address the complaints of teachers.
Attended by the Minister of Secondary Education and registrar’s of the GCE and Baccalauréat Boards, the meeting assessed the level of coverage of school programs for the 2021-2022 school year as the third and final term runs out.
Minister of Secondary Education, Professor Nalova Lyonga outlined that the academic programme has been sufficiently.
Pparticipants equally looked at the preparations undertaken to ensure a smooth conduct of official organisations of the GCE and Bacc boards for the 2022 session.
Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute has called on various officials to remain in a state of maximum alert, to ensure a smooth flow of official exams for the 2022 sessions.
