In the Men’s Long Jump qualifications, in Group A, Nkwemy Raymond was 7th with a jump of 7.57m out of 10 athletes.
In Group B, Yinra Appolonaire was 8th with a jump of 7.27m out of 10 athletes. Both Appolonaire and Nkwemy failed to emerge amongst the first 12, and consequently failed to qualify for the final in the men’s long jump.
