He grabbed the victory during a rainy final at Scotstoun Stadium, with a record of 9.83 seconds.
The Cameroonian set a new Commonwealth Games Record, and a new National Record for Cameroon.
His victory also marks a historic milestone for Team Cameroon.
Prior to the final, Eseme had already won the semifinal in 9.89 seconds.
