The 7.88-billion CFA franc project, financed by the World Bank, is expected to improve flood control and urban resilience in the economic capital.
The ceremony, held this Wednesday, July 8, 2026 was attended by the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Public Contracts, Ibrahim Talba Malla, alongside administrative authorities, local elected officials and traditional rulers.
